Silly Scarlett cheesin’ for the camera!

Between chasing a toddler, working part time at our church and helping Seth out with Casas stuff, I don’t seem to find the time to write much lately. In my last post, I mentioned something about a  “sweet surprise” that I never came back to share with you. If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you probably have figured out by now that I am 26 weeks pregnant with our baby BOY! That means that in 3 months, we will have another tiny human addition to our family. We are thrilled!13305259_10153509596996965_3624350968893839444_o

I have been extremely blessed to have had another very easy pregnancy again. I’ve never experienced morning sickness with either of my babies and I’ve surprisingly been able to carry on with life without being super tired like I was when I was pregnant with Scarlett. This pregnancy is flying by. I guess when you have another little person to care for, you don’t think about being pregnant as much. Or at least I don’t. I LOVE feeling his little kicks and punches though. Strangely, I’ve only actually felt him move for the past 5 weeks. I have an anterior placenta this go round that cushions his kicks and doesn’t allow me to feel him move as much. It shouldn’t cause any issues at all for the pregnancy and delivery thankfully.

We just love this little 17 month old!

Seth had an extremely busy Spring Break season building in Juarez & working with the interns. They came in May and will intern through the summer with Casas, building every week. They finish out their internship mid-August. Seth builds again July 25-28. Pray for him and the team as they work in the heat! It’s been in the triple digits this week and looks like there will still be really hot weeks ahead. Also, pray for the family they will be building for; that they will be encouraged in their faith through receiving a new home or that they would come to know Christ if they do not know Him.

I will try my best to keep everyone updated when I get the chance to share about our life here. Thanks for following our blog!

We are so very blessed and thankful that God allows us to do ministry here in El Paso and in Juarez. Thanks to each and every one of you who pray for us daily and support us financially. It is a huge honor to be here following after Christ, doing what we love and are called to do. We love you!
